Developing Our People

At Total-Western, we are pleased to offer a Project Manager Development program for recent graduates.

Individuals who are accepted into the program receive intensive, valuable training to be a project engineer and learn the duties, expectations, responsibilities and other ins and outs of the job. After working in this role for a few years, these seasoned individuals can then choose to follow the career path of a project manager, planner or estimator – whichever they are most drawn to and fulfills their interests.

For those who choose to become a project manager, we have an additional, specialized training program to help develop the baseline knowledge for a PM position and allow participants to fully hone their skill sets.

The program consists of 30 modules aimed at helping project managers succeed at every aspect of the job. This practical program embodies our core values of Operational Excellence and Creativity by allowing us to train our PMs to be more successful in their day-to-day activities.
