Total-Western Welcomes Tony Shinali as Director of Estimating
With over 25 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, and risk management, Tony brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the company. Tony holds a master’s degree in civil engineering and construction management from the University of Loughborough and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology in the United Kingdom. Throughout his distinguished career, he has led large-scale capital programs across industries including oil & gas, aviation, energy, healthcare, and civil infrastructure.
His proven track record in project oversight, stakeholder engagement, cost estimation, budget management, and regulatory compliance will be instrumental in strengthening Total-Western’s estimating capabilities. Tony’s previous roles include leadership positions at STV/S&P – JV, Worley Parsons International Group, Fluor, Jacobs Engineering, and Swinerton Builders.
In his new role, Tony will focus on advancing Total-Western’s estimating processes by leveraging industry-leading software and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and innovation.
